Who we are
Apella Marketing is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and run by Mesrop Simonyan. You can reach us at hello@apellamarketing.com.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in the Free Assessment, we collect:
- your name, email, mobile number and brokerage
- the neighborhoods you work and who you want more of
- your website, Instagram handle and DRE license number, if you give them
- what you have today, and what frustrates you most
- your sales volume range, your timeline and your goal
We also record when you sent it, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and where you came from: a link’s source tag, and the page that sent you.
We use this to run your assessment, to decide whether we can offer you a walkthrough, to prepare it, and to email you about it.
If you book a walkthrough, Cal.com collects your name, email and phone number to schedule it and remind you.
When you send a question from the Contact page, we collect your name, your email, your brokerage if you give it, and your question, along with when you sent it and where you came from. We use it only to answer you. Sending a question doesn’t sign you up for any emails.
What we look at
The assessment uses public information: search results, what AI tools say when asked about agents in your area, your public profiles and reviews, your website, and the California DRE’s public license lookup. If you ticked the box for it, we may send one test message through your website’s contact form.
Who handles your information
- Vercel hosts this website. Its server logs keep a copy of your answers, so a failed email can be recovered.
- Resend sends our emails, including the one that delivers your answers to us.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
- Google Workspace holds our inbox.
These services may store your information outside Canada, including in the United States. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
Emails from us
You agreed to get your assessment and follow-up emails from Apella. Reply “unsubscribe” to any of them, or email hello@apellamarketing.com, and we’ll stop.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers, and any question you send us, for two years after we last hear from you, then delete them. Ask, and we’ll delete them sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@apellamarketing.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The Cal.com booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads. We don’t track you across other sites, so a “Do Not Track” setting in your browser changes nothing here.
Who this is for
This site is for real estate professionals. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
